This is the starting point of your transformation, allowing you to holistically look at your current situation, realise the gap between where you are and were you want to be. Here you learn how to turn your suffering into a guidance system, and start moving from what feels like a mess to strength. You gain a clarity about how you want to feel, be and how you want your life to unfold. The use of self-observation is a main practice here. 

 

You begin to understand how your perception of everything what is going on in your life creates more of the same. You start shifting how you see things, learning to create better quality thought. Your mind is shifting in a way that supports creating in life more of what you want and less of that unwanted.  

 

This stage is hands-on well-being basics practice. Here is where you organise your daily living in such way that allows you for a smooth implementation of self-care activities. You learn to balance your well-being in 3 categories: you body, your mind, your inner self. You are equipped with tools that will eliminate tiredness, stress and worry, will balance you emotionally, and will sharpen your mind's focus. Outcome: to have a daily self-care routine that is easy to implement into a mom's busy schedule. 

 

How many of your life decisions and personal behaviours are the products of the circumstances or outside sources of information? Now that you re-gained your balance, and you are energised and focused, it's time to start living from the insight-out. 

At this stage you find your true self, connect to who you really are, allow your self to be, and learn to live authentically. You learn to protect yourself from the negative influence. You learn to respond rather than react, and instead of compering yourself to other mothers, you learn to check with your values. 

 

Just like you organised yourself to allow the self-care, here you organise your life goals. This stage is a juicy planning of your future, on any level you wish: professional, social, financial, health, as a mother and beyond. 

This stage is about learning the visualisation practice, goals setting process, and about taking inspired actions. Here you decide on your new story as a mother, a woman, and unstoppable, loving, strong YOU!
